Keeping our body and mind fit and flexible is especially important now when we tend to be more confined indoors because of weather and Covid 19.
This class will move your whole body in safe and gentle way. You will feel more alive and energized and generally feeling better for it. It is fun to come together and to move as a group and support each other in our effort
