Restorative Yoga
7.30pm
Restorative yoga is a restful practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. If you take a restorative class, you may hardly move at all, doing just a few postures over the course of an hour. Poses are mostly lying down on back, front or on your side. The aim of the class is relaxation and rest, trying to move out of the fight or flight state and into rest and digest state of being. All props are provided, just bring a blanket or two!
