Rachel Casey returned to Our Lady’s Hospital for Sick Children Crumlin last Friday.
She brought with her 400 grooming kits.
These include health care items that families need if they travel to hospital in an emergency.
The grooming kits have proved to be most helpful.
Rachel also brought stationery, toys and a box of cosmetic items.
These were brought to Ronald McDonald House.
Rachel is one of our GCS own, a wonderful young lady who is a cancer survivor.
As a teenager, she is determined to give back to those who helped her as a child.
She initiated the very successful donation programme Crumlin’s Bundle of Fun.
Rachel passes on her thanks to all in Greystones Cancer Support.
She hopes to return to Our Lady’s Hospital in 2019 with more items.
